The nursery is open 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Holidays:

    We at Hawthorns allow 3 holiday weeks charged at half fees (if you come one day a week then one day is one week.)

    Notice is required by completing a holiday request slip.  The nursery will be closed on bank holidays and any un-pre-requested absences will be charged at the full rate.

Fees:

    Fees are payable monthly and there are various ways of paying.  Fees are mainly worked out on a pro-rata basis with only individual variations occurring.

    Please note that Christmas and bank holidays are accounted for in the pro-rata monthly figure, which is calculated as follows:-

    £30 per day times 51 weeks a year (with a reduction for Christmas) divided by 12 months, therefore no noticeable reduction will occur when there are bank holidays in the month.

    Holiday reduction will be taken off if we receive your holiday request form (3 weeks half price)

    Half Day...................£19.00

    8.00am - 1.00pm or 1.00pm - 6.00pm

    Per week...................£150

   Per hour...................£5

   Lunch and Hour............£8

    Prices are reviewed on an annual basis in line with inflation costs.

Collection:

    The nursery must be informed if anyone other than parents is to collect the child, and a password, prior notice and a signed consent form must be given.

    One months fees are required in advance therefore we need one months written notice of any change in your child's hours or if they are leaving the nursery.

    We could appreciate that fees are paid within a week of receiving the bill, late payments may be charged.  A charge may also be made if children are collected late, (additional £5 per 15 mins).
